      1. Great corporate culture, nice people, the environment of trust and support 2. Higher salaries, comparing to competitors 3. Efficiently organized processes, enough of freedom and no micromanagement 4. Good work-life balance

      So far no cons, but if I have to mention something, then the office looks basic.

Nice Office location Good place to take new challenges and learn new technologies Understanding and supporting managers Good policies for employees and managers encourage employees to use them Good Bonus component if you are performing well No Micro management. Feedback from manager is transparent Employee friendly org Good work life balance Zero lay offs during covid and no pay cuts Compensation paid for working on weekends

      Cons

      Salary is no where near to what market offers. Even service based companies give offers matching the bands we have. Attrition increasing in recent days as market pays more. Slow career growth. unnecessary objectives to slow up your promotions. Major changes in Senior management and no clarity on future investments for the product.
