Pros

- Supportive Singapore office leadership in general - Opportunities to learn and grow even at relatively junior levels eg. speak at conferences, get quoted by press, write articles for magazines (all optional) - Manager was able to value add to my learning, keep whole team motivated - Collaborative work culture - Helpful colleagues - Annual leave, hybrid working, summer Friday afternoons off among some good benefits - Internal rotations like secondments across departments are supported

Cons

- Key methodology faces increased challenges in an increasingly data-centric world, although good that company is trying to incorporate new ideas - Higher up based at HQ, of a certain department, has little empathy or understanding of what local offices are going through, leading to some poor decisions being made - Under new multi-vertical system, less synergies between projects

Pros

Truly a great place to develop your sales career and be exposed to the wider FMCG industry. Lots of opportunities to be part of the end-to-end sales process from discovery of clients' needs to successfully winning deals. Opportunity to work with big FMCG giants across SEA. Young and fun environment with decent benefits and sales commission. Research and consulting members often work closely to help sales team achieve their revenue targets. Kudos to the managers within research and consulting who are supportive of the dynamics in helping the business as a whole achieve our goals. Consulting Business Development model is interesting with hardworking and smart members helping to craft proposals for extended needs within key accounts of the business.

Cons

Limited growth opportunities unless you move to a different team/ function. Often long working hours with little support and direction from management. Late night calls are sometimes required with other internal stakeholders based in other offices.
