Pros

The salary sucks, not competitive! If one gets good territory, commissions can be good to great for new sales. Put your head down, suck up to your boss, and you will be OK (even) if you are a mediocre performer. Bias for people who are loud and vocal. Great learning experiences for new sales roles, you will find plenty of sales role offers outside after your tenure at Euromonitor.

Cons

Sin. office culture looks friendly on the surface but managers are agenda-driven, they pick their favourites. Tread carefully, some of your managers may have even less experience than you, so don't look up for guidance or mentorship from them. But there are a few good experienced ones who know the business. Expect high turnover amongst your colleagues.
