Everything about the company is a joke! They try to brainwash their employees into thinking that there's something special about this company when there isn't at all. All of our products are cheap, made with cheap ingredients, our wax is nothing special considering you can get the exact same thing on amazon and in any professional store, pay is ridiculous and stores are owned by greedy money hungry people who want to make as much money as they can off of you, goals are pretty much impossible to reach, we're expected to be "excited about the brand" even when they are clearly just out to make money and don't care about the lies that they're forcing us to feed to our guests. I sold over $160,000 in packages last year and I only made $3500!!! Absolutely ridiculous to bring the company that much money and that's all I made off of it. There is an extremely high turn over rate and it's because the job is too demanding for the pay that they offer. Either you up the pay and bring in quality employees, or you keep doing what you're doing and keep bringing in young college students who have no intentions of staying.

High employee turnover. Conniving and Manipulative store manager who lied to get me fired. I've sent several complaint emails to franchise owner and they did nothing but instead fire me for defending myself and not signing an untruthful write up. I was a hardworking employee that had a high volume of repeat guest and the top seller in products and did not deserve to be terminated. They NEVER once sat down to have a meeting about all the issue me and several other waxers were having with the new store manager. The release is a blessing but I don't want anyone else to be treated this way. This location is horrible and they treat their employees like crap but in a sneaky undercover manipulative way. BEWARE
