      • Good schedule. • Earn clients as you go. • learning resources - gotta be a self starter to learn more. • retail affordable. • great place to meet beginner and seasoned esties. Will likely make friends. • make good relationships with repeating guests • opportunity to move up

      Cons

      • wear tear on the body - you will be physically and mentally tired on busy days once you’ve built a clientele. Especially if you pick up xt shifts which is recommended especially at first as you won’t be making a lot of money at first. • minimal wage increases. You are dependent on getting clients that will be upsold or tip well. Also tipped wage earners get $3 less than state minimum wage on average. • drama. Lots of different personalities - it’s bound to happen. • corporate structure is which can be good or bad. • benefits are subpar
