The company has a vision that they're executing through honesty, integrity, and knowing we're the leaders in our field. They provide extensive training and education, and give you all the tools you need to succeed. What you bring to your position will be what you take out. They've created a brand that is trusted across the country and a culture that is fun to be apart of.

Cons

The training process can be overwhelming. There's a lot to know, and without an extensive knowledge of your position it will be hard to be successful.

Very clean inviting place, a great place and start for someone young and fresh out of beauty school looking for work very young atmosphere, wouldn't recommend it for a seasoned and well experienced esthetician that's been working there craft for sometime ..... there techniques and methods are completely different from what you may be use to, they do have good quality wax but not recommended for all parts of the body.

Cons

Feels like a sweat shop they have unrealistic timeframe guidelines and too many ridiculous rules and regulations. They only give you 15 min to complete every wax service except when doing full legs thats a 30 min service no matter what type of guests you may have and the wax is not practical to use for eyebrows its way too thick and leaves too much room for error. No benefits offered, Only focused and driven on sales they want you to talk about product's the entire time you're in the room with the guest which makes people feel very uncomfortable and annoyed. Over all for everything that you do its definitely not worth the low minimum wage pay even after the lowsy commission pay. Just overall needs better structure.

Cons

Unfortunately they do not offer benefits, but hopefully that is something they will offer in the future.
