      Management very unprofessional..owners were never around to discuss problems within the store..high turnover..no benefits..your job was always threatened if you do not make sales..you cant take days off unless you have a doctors note..they expect you to make the store your life..I would not recommend anyone work for either EWC in manhattan..they don't care about there employees..only the money you make for the company
