      Pros

      great discount on waxing that they just changed (50% for GSA) can get free waxing if you're friends with the waxers great hours flexible scheduling can make a lot if you sell packages bonuses

      Cons

      disgustingly corporate scripts are more strict at certain centers, if yours is one where they love scripts watch out drama, drama, drama.. all girls in a center is not great huge lack of respect for employees amongst management

      Friendly work environment, loyal customer base, great customer incentives, flexible scheduling, great training, discounted services, decent commission and base pay.

      Cons

      Long, overly-aggressive scripts you MUST use on every customer - it gets old. No health benefits, unreasonable sales goals.
