Solidly and consistently booked. Teaches you great techniques for speedy and efficient waxing.

Cons

Being solidly, 100% booked can get a bit overwhelming. Franchise owners are clearly only concerned with the amount of money they can generate from the centers. The location I am at has A LOT of whiney, complaining guests. No one is ever happy with their service, regardless of how skilled and experienced the waxer is. Getting time off is next to impossible. The uniform is bright red scrubs. Manager cusses and throws things to get her point across. Weekly mandatory meetings are a joke.

Awesome location, it's a good job for college students or recent high school graduates or people that don't have to pay rent/bills.

Cons

Scripted sales pitches with super-pushy tactics. Must ask every guest if they want to purchase a wax package, even if that guests has been asked every time they've come in before. Little pay, you have to meet your personal sales quota in order to get your comission! If you don't then you won't get any of your comission and the schedule changes too much with very little notice. Lack of management/management turn-overs.
