Great products and wax! Well organized system/franchise. Beautiful atmosphere.

Cons

Too structured. You get dinged if your wax room isn't spotless!! Open too late. There are too many rules and you HAVE to sell their products or else you get a talkin to. They make you purchase all these supplies before you are hired and they expect you to know everything by day 2 of training. They will hire anyone.

Pros

The money is good, 9 an hour plus commission based on how much you sell. The facilities are really nice. Selling the wax passes is easy and straight forward. It is rewarding if you really try.

Cons

The management, lack of respect, you sell a product to someone and they may think about it .but when they come back they'll buy it from someone else so all your hard work is given away.

Great manager I worked with, and some great employees as well; also convenient for school.

Cons

Getting talked down to, or being treated lower than necessary, using threats to motivate people in my opinion probably the worst way to positvely push your employees, pushy sales, always scripted, but worst of all I could never get over the owner and how she gets away with treating people.
