Goal oriented. The people who don't work out are the ones that do minimal job performance. They give you everything you need to be successful and if you dedicate yourself your going to make more money. Very structured. Lots of ways to educate yourself and as a group. Everyone is treated the same and held to the highest standards. Inspiring, challenging, great products, programs, services and networking opportunity. Growing dramatically.

Very clean, neat, products great, love the wax!

Cons

If you dont speed up, they will apparently let you go. It was 3 months of me working there and the day I was let go was when I sold 4 products for them and got all my brazilians down in less than 30 min. I was mad because I had worked so hard that day and they do that to me.
