Great place to work.

I worked there for only 7 months, opening the 1st store in GA, but am impressed to this day how everything was done - from superior training to rate of pay w/room to move. They started us above min. wage plus commission & a review and small pay raise every 30 days. I love the "footprint" of how this place is run. Also they had NO problem w/employees w/visible tattoos...at least at the one I worked at temporarily.

Cons

Only cons were you were always pushed to move faster and do more. I think w/waxing we need to keep in consideration that it is a very personal & intimate service and people don't want to be treated like "cattle".

Everything is mapped out for you, a script for everything! A lot of Corporate support! Very goal oriented which is great, I feel it's something the spa industry lacks.

Cons

All individually franchised so earning can vary greatly as a manger from location to location. Corporate recommends the franchisee pay manager between $30-$40 a year, but in Texas few locations do. Unless you work for corporate in Florida, their isn't much room to grow with the company.

Cons

There were None. Really easy job. Well... minus the fact that you have to wear red scrubs every day.
