Trust me, I have worked at terrible jobs and the way they treat you here, go somewhere else. I was top performer as a GSA, they do not care. you can make them over 100k in a few months and you see less than 1k of that, if you are lucky and get bonus's Terrible pay on all levels. Waxer make less than 10 an hour at places while the most common service is 65 every 15 minutes. so the waxer makes 2.5 per 15 minutes and some waxers can do 5+ services in 15. that's less than a dollar per service. while the company on average makes 260 if someone only books 1 65 dollar service.

Work at a center that’s been open for at least 5+ years because it’s already established with a client base & everyones focused on working, they don’t have time to gossip! EWCs corporate policies are good on paper, but when you work at a center, it all boils down to the owners/management. The Patel’s are the worst owners who own the MOST on the east coast. They don’t believe in raises, they hire the worst management, and everyone is replaceable. From messing up payroll, managers drinking on the clock with employees, and saying that it’s not a priority to ask for tips, personal vendettas against employees to get them fired, micromanaging Black employees, “forgetting” to ask for tips... It’s just a mess. Their commission is terrible, too. If they tell you the Patel’s own a specific center, at a job interview, turn it down! There’s a reason why they’re always hiring! They own Linden, Metuchen, Rutherford, East Brunswick, Union, Ocean & more. Be careful ladies. They will work you like an animal & tell you it’s your own failure as to why you’re not making a lot when in actuality, they’re just robbing their employees.
