      Great Company to Begin With

      Pros

      I had the best time working here. In retrospect I would have had a clearer longevity plan as I worked here full time while working a second industry job and pursuing a degree. Management worked hard to be sure we had the most conducive work environment and a firm understanding of how to best perform our roles. Flexible schedules around school and other obligations. The scripts work. Save your money and invest in learning as much about being an esthi while you're there. Great place to move into your own business afterward.

      Lots of standing and very short break times. Maybe no benefits. Must be meticulous about your services reports and growth monitoring. Maybe no tuition reimbursement.
