I gained very useful knowledge with my time at European Wax Center. Traveled, made good money and gained lifelong relationships.

Cons

They want you to eat, sleep and breathe EWC and if you don't then you are an outcast. It can become very "click-y" and again, feel like an outsider.

50% off Waxing/ 40% off watered down products 50% is decent but it's free for everyone at most franchises...and the products are not made to last

Cons

Everything. Will change your schedule without you knowing or even being ok with the changes. You will never receive even a minimal vacation as a GSA at this location because there's only two other people to switch with. You go above and beyond and do not get paid adequately. The same people each time who say no to packages are the same people who get fed up with us when we FORCE FEED them our "rebuttals". Highest turnover rate(have seen 5 girls quit in a less than 2 months). Too much drama for one job and the management does less than nothing to handle situations.. Just asks that you "send in a proper form".
