Easy schedule to maintain. Perfect for beginners. Friendly environment.

Cons

Pay structure. Constant new hires during slow season make it impossible to meet bonuses because of being overstaffed, which leads to being underpaid. Rules are bent when it benefits management/company.

It is like you are an independent contractor. No one really keeps an eye on you. You come in, are responsible for your room and your clients.

Cons

Low pay, $17.87 and hour. commission sucks. I sold three items, got $1.80 commission. If you move to white level its a 0.25¢ raise for you to work faster. Not worth it. You will get denied a raise after working there for years because you got one bad review. You can only work 6 hours in a day. They have the day shift and night shift. No one gets full time, 3-4 days max. You can't get a day off. They will ask you to come in at a different time. This leads to girls calling out sick all the time. They don't close for holidays. This location in Encino has a few girls that act like they are in high school. They will not talk to you, only each other. Those same girls are dirty. They do not clean after themselves. They leave wax all over the room. They don't refill any of the products in the room they are using. They will mop but not sweep up the trash first. The owner need a to make surprise inspections.
