Want to work at a place were you are treated like literal garbage by not just the guests who come in, but also but management, look no further! I was forced to work alone for 10 hours at a time without a break, and was essentially given the same responsibilities as a GSA, but with a fancier title. This place allows not just the associates up front to be abused by guests, but the waxers as well. The drama is so intense it’s like going back to high school all over again. Any issues that are brought up to upper management is completely dismissed, and the district manager and franchise owner disregards every associate and waxer there when they come into the center. I would never recommend working at this company to anyone.
