Pros

Work-life balance, good benefits, location

Cons

Perpetual reorgs , good engineering practices are of 'low priority', parking is not free, overcrowded cubes, very low training budget, ass covering/blame pushing atmosphere

Pros

Doing free activities, free restaurant visits, the networking, and meeting people from all over the world, you get wonderful opportunities to experience new things.

Cons

The management was one of the worst I have ever worked for. They only promote from the outside and hire inept people.
