      Flexible hours, dress code, global expansion of company.

      Cons

      Too high expectations, not enough resources to complete expected amount of work, too much red tape to get things accomplished. Way too many meetings.

      Pros

      Good work life balance. The people are friendly and socialize frequently. The work environment supports this too. The people are passionate about what they do. Many travel frequently and are excited about travel.

      Cons

      Management seems to undergo reorganizations more than necessary. Ramp up time is fairly significant; It takes a while to get software and equipment requisitioned. Management focused on investments that produce immediate revenue.

      Work hard - Play hard culture. Great team of people. Solid Leadership. The culture of the corporate campus and the various teams is amazing. Some of the recent changes/ change-over has been much needed. This company is not for people who do not give 110% and those people were let know that.

      Cons

      Huge workload! And things are very dynamic... always changing.
