Pros

Good pay, nice office and good perks such as free snacks

Cons

No work life balance, expect to have late calls with the US most days. Constant layoffs and restructuring creates an atmosphere of fear. Layoffs have happened every quarter for the last few years now.

Pros

There is flexibility (for now), good benefits

Cons

The culture is moving in a very toxic direction. Leadership is becoming intense, rigid and micromanaging everything. The values and expectations I was hired on just a few years ago are drastically changing quickly.
