      Pros

      Personally, I've had great opportunities to evolve my career and try new things. Supportive managers who want you to grow and flourish in the company. Really exciting industry that continues to change. Amazingly passionate people who all believe in the company mission.

      Cons

      Working global hours can be tough. Lots of leadership changes; hard to get into rhythms and stay the course.

      Expedia in general is an ok company to work

      They are some terrible managers. If you are not a friend of them you will never get promoted. It’s sad that this people can overlap the system. Adding job adds just for some hours to avoid people applying, etc . Really sad to see how this mediocre people can survive for years. Promoting ppl from area managers from operations managers without any experience just to save their jobs…. And because they are friends
