Pros

Office setup and feel, which is not relevant in these times

Cons

Need to be part from a particular bank for all promotions Zero product focus and wrong individuals in these roles. Ask for roadmap and they are the postmen between sales and tech team. They feel they are demigods and don’t even respond to emails, let alone joining calls and giving product direction. Jumping jacks in name of HR strategy. Sales team will never commit or delivery numbers. Tech team too overburdened and orphans
