Pros

The pay is decent , good insurance

Cons

Hours fluctuate ...good insurance but expensive ...they were misleading with my maternity leave pay was told would get 100 percent but only got 60 (better than nothing i suppose) they have unrealistic goals for empoloyees don't really give you the material you need to succeed

Cons

Pay is terrible vs other companies for a similar sales role Management is poor and doesn't have the experience required to develop reps Little and no career path Lot's of red tape internally that do hinder sales reps hitting quota
