      Pros

      Great people-oriented culture. Fosters collaboration and teamwork. Great work-life balance (unless you are workaholic).

      Cons

      Agility and innovation are hindered by some bureaucratic processes with uncertain added value (I'm an engineer and maybe I just dislike processes).
