Pros

Great technology and innovation. Great perks and benefits the company , on the surface is good to employees, however, if you have a bad manager the company completely supports the manager and moves you out to cover for them

Cons

there are a few bad managers - if you run into one you have no say and plan on leaving. On the surface everything looks rosey. I truly do not believe the entire company is like that just a few bad apples - that fact that HR and the company does not support the employee and turns a blind eye to bad management is toxic and terrible

Pros

Good articulation of strategy at the top of the organisation (unfortunately this doesn't translate down the organisation).

Cons

There is a disconnect between different parts of the organisation. Product teams state a vision and Sales sell something different which then leaves a challenge for the delivery teams navigating between the two. I worked Within the Solutions Team (delivery of client projects) and there were a number of issues: - disconnect between Product/Sales expectations and Delivery capability (ie insufficient people to deliver the projects) - People spread too thinly across projects with no management of the people conflicts; these are just dumped onto the delivery teams to resolve and deal with the client issues - Product/Sales unwilling to make the difficult decisions when needing to make priory calls between issues/projects until it is too late and then leaving it to the delivery teams to manage the impacts onto clients - Solutions are sold to clients before they are even finished/proven meaning that we then have no option but to disappoint the client when we can’t meet delivery timelines as a key component is not available or it does not work which is then left to the project delivery team to resolve/manage - there is too much reliance in single individuals with technical or subject expertise creating bottle necks - the delivery capability of the organisation is immature. Processes and supporting delivery technology applications are very basic with a lot of manual processes and duplication of effort for very basic things - limited focus on people; you are treated as a resource and moved from task to task regardless of alignment of expectation/experience and no interest on development need/aspirations

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the working environment, team, work life balance and culture. We work hard to ensure that we focus on what matters to our people and offer a range of benefits focused on lifestyle, health and money. We're disappointed to hear the feedback around pay and bonus - in the UK we have a structured bonus scheme which has been awarded in the UK consistently over a number of years (including this year) and how this is structured is clearly articulated in your contract of employment as well as your annual compensation document which all employees receive. We also appreciate that the last few months in particular have been difficult and uncertain, but regardless all of our employees should feel valued. If you are happy to share more about your experience with us, we always welcome the opportunity to discuss your experience and we are always open to feedback on how we can further improve. Thank you again for taking the time to leave your comments. -Employee. Engagement Director
