Experian India - Unhappy place to work

Pros

They give you the salary you ask for if you bargain hard.

Cons

1. Senior Mgmnt does not really care about the welfare of employees even though its a small team at work. 2. No mentoring, inadequate training. But salesmen need to chase goals that are unattainable. 3. No conversation or engagement with sales team except for numbers. This in turn takes away the sense of belongingness and instils only fear. 4. An employee who is constantly under fear of losing his job can never give his best. 5. Product is little known in the market. Branding needs to be done desperately. Management does not realise that. After sales service is poor. A world class product needs a world class team. Mediocre service is a disservice to the customer.

Pros

The training is second to none. The training team are brilliant and put a lot of effort in. The charity work they do is also amazing

Cons

You can't get anywhere unless you suck up to people. If you work hard and keep your head down you get overlooked for people who don't work as hard but are constantly sucking up! Some of the people who have worked here a long time are extremely stuck up and rude and look down on newer people.
