Major Change in Culture

Pros

Experian is generally a well-run company with good, not great, salaries and benefits. Their facility and technology is very current.

Cons

The company went through a major change in culture when the organization was sold by TRW to investors, repackaged by those investors and sold to a UK company. The corporate direction and plans were better communicated to the rank and file employees when the company was US-owned.

negative and incompetent management with lack of vision

Pros

It used to be a nice place to work, with work/life balance, team work and interesting plans for the future where you could contribute with ideas

Cons

Top Management changes very often and the last one are very negative individuals, without a clue or a real plan for the company and no regard for the people who work there. They really don't know what they are doing.
