      Lots of opportunities can be seen there. Lots of trainings available on intranet. Great values.

      Few technical people. I feel underpaid.

      Pros

      Colleagues past and current, great people working hard yet fun to be around. Most colleagues socialise and share their highs and lows and thereby helping each other. Good benefits that include an insurance and pension scheme. Salaries are competitive, office environment is modern.

      Cons

      Telesales is tough especially with targets that are set high, too high for most, meaning a driven and stressful environment. Commission projections are inflated, in fact, on hiring it states uncapped commission. That is not true, it is limited and subject to certain conditions that if not met commission payments are halved or wiped out altogether. Not an environment for a long term career.

      Pros

      - great sense of camaraderie and pulling together as a team - leaders who understand the industry and how to position us for success - flexible work environment with good balance. everyone has a laptop and can work from home as needed - fun place to work. lots of socializing and cool events and community volunteering

      Cons

      - been a lot of change over the past couple of years but stabilizing now - pretty flat organization so sometimes hard to move up
