Pros

If you like a company that continues to evolve the ever changing market place needs this is the place for you. EMS continues to strive to be a market leader in the fast paced marketing technology space. EMS spends a great deal of time on employee moral and giving back to the community. EMS keeps focus and emphasis on their client base

Cons

Willing to be able to deal with change and new challenges in a fast paced environment. EMS is part of the Experian family which is focused on credit and consumer services which is not this divisions core objectives.

Pros

The company always aspires to be better and never settles. It is a large organization but surprisingly nimble. I don't get the feeling that I'm "a cog in the wheel of corporate machinery". Your work is rewarded and the results of your work can be seen most of the time. Additionally, a majority of the people you work with are very proactive and team oriented. My indicator is usually the time it takes someone to answer emails...in this company, it is very short.

Cons

The business is still trying to figure out what kind of culture it wants to develop. Right now, it is a mixture of client focus, product focus and service focus. All positive places to concentrate on, so that is good. But as we develop into a unified rhythm, we'll see a more exciting workplace. The true downside is the lack of focus and investment by Experian executives/board on Marketing Service versus what they regard as our "core business" which are the other business lines, Credit Services and Decision Analytics.
