Pros

This is a good and stable company. The company has made profit and experienced growth even during the financial crisis. The company is growing and hence opportunities are growing

Cons

All teams are moving toward a global model and that means working days, nights and weird hours.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations Poor work life balance Self serving management with no foresight beyond the bottom line Archaic HR policy Real information does not flow despite a deluge of emails and intranet sites which are supposed to deal with this. Insular Departments Huge staff turnover

Qualifies as my worst employer

Pros

Cafeteria was nice. Security guards were very friendly and professional.

Cons

Many managers were immature, have no class and not so educated, especially those who have been there for 15+ years. There were a lot of outsourcing of jobs to other countries. They lay off people when they need to make their numbers. They do not develop their employees.
