Pros

work at a good pace with a good work/life balance. Pay is market and is compensated with bonuses and a 13th salary. there is a mature level of processes, things tend to run smoothly.

Cons

A lot of outsourcing to India that doesn't work, and often has to be compensated by internal employees. Very changeable Upper Management without medium and long term vision. The company in pandemic became more bureaucratic, well as giant companies sometimes seem to work for an inefficient government.
