Pros

Benefits are great and they are flexible with most non-call center employees. If you work in the call center you will need to make the commute into the office everyday other positions have the flexibility to work from home.

Cons

They continue to outsource jobs to other countries. Not sure if it’s to become a more “global” company or to save on salary costs.

Pros

Stress free work, job security, good benefits

Cons

Very head-office focused, relatively low wages (including wage increases), inorganic structure means left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing sometimes.
