Pros

there are none at the moment - continued cuts and layoffs in Marketing division, senior and midlevel managment only interested in protecting themselves and their pets. some IT managment from manager level to director level has never written a line of code in their life! there because either they are pets of sr management or dont pose a threat. if you enjoy working with front line managers who always work from home, or sr management who are proud they never advanced their education past a high school diploma, the place for you.

Cons

outdated IT infrastructure which a group of IT staff that still live in the IBM 370 world - a PMO office that frowns on PMP certification or PMBOK practices, would not know Waterfall from Agile practices if you explained it too them. a QA group who has no idea testing plans, tools, or metric comparisons. great place to work if like being overworked because your capable at your job while your cube mate surfs the web all day - like living under threats daily by management, see capable people let go while while dating partners and roomates stay, they place for you
