Pros

Senior Management motivated workers well. Nice location and work environment. Salaries seemed competitive. Management works magic to meet number to get bonuses out to workers.

Cons

Mandatory furlows and vacation usage when numbers are weak. Local management seems to have been placed based on favoritism lowering its quality. Silo'd work groups limited company wide standards for any type of job process consistency.

Pros

QAS is full of young, fun, and driven people. If you are looking for a place to really cut your teeth in complex solution sales, this is a great place to learn. The job is extremely demanding and not everyone makes it, but for the people that do, there is a lot of opportunity for advancement, development, and very high earnings. The company also has a flat management structure, so it is easy to build relationships with senior executives across different departments. This is a great environment for high performers that want to make a mark somewhere. The sales force is relatively small (40 people), so talented people are recognized and stand out quickly.

Cons

This is a very demanding role, and the company has high expectations. The sale is complex and requires a mix of high activity and strategic selling. Almost everyone seems to be in over their head in the beginning, and you need to be up for a challenge to make this job work. The induction and ongoing training are very good, but the learning curve is fairly steep.
