Pros

Very good benefits, nice reference as a good company in the market - helps to find better jobs. Starting to get integrated as a multinational company.

Cons

Poor communication from senior management, no clear rules, hard to understand evaluation criteria, difficult to make things happen. Too much complexity.

Need some trust

Pros

There are some very talented people at Experian, but they need to have more decision making power and be trusted rather than be continually shackled. The workforce has been shaken once more by the annual march cull, and there is very little open dialogue due to fear.

Cons

Poor senior management, who have more of an eye on their next career move.

Experian is a ho-hum place to work.

Pros

- Fair with pay and benefits plan. My boss was very good about work/personal balance. I think that the company has some solid initiatives in place for growth, and I hope that they get developed, else stagnation will occur.

Cons

- Sr. Mgmt has been there along time making any new idea generation and activation slow on the up take. - Runs at a fast pace but no one seems to be doing alot behind closed doors.
