Pros
It was a great place to work in HR, i had opportunity to work in many departments intra HR department, which exposed me to different challenges and therefore developed myself a lot. they tried to prioritize work life balance, social activities and citizenship activities.
Cons
serasa is a very political environment where you need to put a mask all the time, you can't be yourself, beyond that there are a lot of gossip which is critical to good vibe of the department. there is a lack of Leaders.
