Pros

People are so nice and helpful. I've rarely talked to someone who wasn't fully willing to help. WLB is great. As long as work is delivered on time, there is no pressure.

Cons

Pay could be better. Systems are old. Need to migrate to newer tech.

Pros

- Good company, good mission, great people - Fantastic sustainability and DEI initiatives imbedded into culture

Cons

- Internal competition across sr management viewed as good from the top but creates unnecessary competition and resource mismanagement for everyone else. - Business Unit Management is always distracted by new and shiny "innovation" rather than delivering on customer expectations for current agreements.

Pros

strong global practices that can be useful to learn in some scenarios

Cons

I think Experian india HR is the most lame department hands down.have a glimpse at the glassdoor reviews and you can see just how much they care for employee feedback.some of the comments are hilarious and lack any empathy whatsoever.a true reflection of the leadership there.most 4 and 5 star reviews are internally orchestrated with one word adjectives glorifying how 'great' 'good' 'global' 'great place to work' to keep the glassdoor rankings high.again a true reflection of what the culture here.there is a review there which asks all the tough questions around attrition and feedback.they are completely silent on that.just the way they are at work everyday. HR is the backbone of any organisation and the gatekeeper of employee wellbeing. Its not HRs job to wrap fish in paper and try and keep it from smelling.in fact HR should be the flagbearer of driving reform and culture in any organisation.there have been so so many resignations in the company in the last few months from the senior most to the junior most employees.almost all of them have left in frustration or disgruntlement with this place.thats one reason why HR dont take honest feedback or exit interviews from these employees.because it gets very difficult for them to propagate their own cooked up narrative. They seem oblivious to the fact that these are the employees that are going to other bueaus and banks carrying such terrible feedback for the culture here that no good talent wants to touch us with a 10 foot pole.there is so much negative sentiment for us amongst competition that its embarassing to be sit with ex colleagues and friends from same industry circle.

Thank you for your review. In my first few months here, I have closely seen the HR team’s involvement in putting our “People first” approach into the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves on not just listening to our employees through pulse and annual surveys and exit interviews, but we also take note of all other forms of feedback to ensure that Experian is equitable, engaging and rewarding for all. My leadership team and I are personally involved in several such conversations and initiatives, and we work collaboratively with the HR team on these aspects. I recently launched “The Listening Post”, an inbox which is accessed directly by me. I welcome you to share your feedback via that medium or reach out to me directly in confidence in order to address any specific concerns that you may have. MD, Experian India.
