      no charisma in the leader

      Pros

      a small office with not more than 100-150 people in BKC.not too far from most parts of mumbai.

      Cons

      the more i see and hear our india MD talk the more i am convinced our biggest failing come from the lack of charismatic leadership.when i say charismatic i mean someone who is humble intelligent and honest.someone who draws intelligent people to him for a conversation.someone who is able to uplift the energy of a room with just his presence. we dont need someone whose presence fills the rooms with doubt,distrust or suspicion. someone who is an epitome of exaggerated exitense from his dressing up to his talking. someone who is creepy enough to ask young employees to befriend him online.someone who is particularly avoided by ladies. there is at least conslation in the fact that the corona has kept im away from us.

      Experian India - A bad company to invest your career

      Pros

      Nothing . Inspite of being in an industry which has good traction nothing much happens in this company

      Cons

      - very niche sector . You might not find any good exits . - the company has a very high attrition rate . The HR department is a big joke .they do nothing expect being an active participant on company WhatsApp group . - the senior management is mostly incompetent . You will not find any mentors here . - Operationally company is in a big mess . Customers mostly complain about bad delivery . - Very sales driven and numbers driven company . Constant pressure . Unfortunately this sales pressure is not in line with deliverable's . Customers are mostly unhappy and getting repeat business is a challenge . - there is a big churn even at the senior management level . A few big wigs ( based out of Singapore ) have their way even though company has achieved nothing great under them .

      - Supportive of flexible working ( joined on a 4 day per week basis) - Culture of innovation and a focus on 'getting stuff done' - Collaborative, team-based approach - Genuine drive for high performance but also realistic and respectful of work-life balance - Talented people get good opportunities to have a varied career here

      - Heavily matrixed structure in global functions
