      Pros

      Good company with benefits for the employees.

      Cons

      Poor management and lack empathy. Can't stay for long in this organization. Some teams have toxic work environment with no flexibility provided to the employees even if it's WFH.

      Purpose Oriented Company

      Pros

      Experian leads with purpose, our purpose permeates throughout the company having a good positive impact on the overall company culture.

      Cons

      Experian is very fiscally responsible. It runs a bit lean on resources. Hidden positive because it has not had any layoffs in many years.
