Pros

Fellow staff are generally great people. WFH

Cons

Was once the coolest place to work but sadly has completely lost its edge. Poor management across the board with many failing upwards who don't know how to manage others well if at all. People eventually move on after realizing they can't grow professionally or financially. - Worst work culture created by stupid managers - Lot of favoritism, Promotion based on your licking capacity. - No support from HR - Managers have no leadership skill, Zero technical knowledge but always ready to demoralize employees. - From the outside, it seems like they care about diversity, not so much reflected inside the company. - Lost its culture

Thanks for writing a review. Positive to read that you enjoyed working alongside colleagues and our flexible working proposition. I'm disheartened to read that over all though you felt you had a 1 star experience. This is in contrast to what I see and hear daily (or reflected in our Glassdoor ratings, employee survey results, Great Place to Work awards etc). There are various channels for open communication through our open-door policy, 1:1s, focus groups, surveys, exit interviews and more. I would have addressed any concerns, big or small, had I known. We will utilise your feedback to ensure we continue to build on opportunities, we're committed to making Experian a truly exceptional place to work. I wish you luck in your next chapter and thank you again for your feedback - GIC EITS site leader
