Pros

work from home, that's it

Cons

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Experian to prospective employees considering roles within the technology finance organisation unless you are joining the family-and-friends programme. Within this group, advancement is influenced by personal relationships and established internal circles than by merit, performance, or qualifications I have not seen a strong commitment to developing talent within this group. Opportunities for broader exposure to leadership are limited, concentrated among a small group, with little emphasis on preparing employees for long-term career progression The work environment is demanding, unevenly distributed across the team, contributing to a sense that employees are easily replaceable, preferably with labour from lower cost countries. Overall, the culture in this organisation prioritises output over people, which may not align with the expectations of professionals seeking a supportive, fair, and development-focused workplace

Pros

Good health benefits, share save and holidays. Great flexibility in working.

Cons

No direction from management. No formal training, just learn on the job. Each team has a different management style. One can be very laid back and let you get on with things whilst ther other can be a micro manager. No trust in employees to do there own job. They expect you to take on extra work, even if its not apart of your job. Felt under valued whilst working there. Management does not recognise the hard work that employees do. You have to ask for recognition as managers are afraid of giveing out rewards to employees.. Upper management talk about there successes but not how difficult it was to achieve by lower level employees. Too many old legacy systems from the 1980's still being used. It's meant to be an advanced technical company but has not kept up with the technology over time. Its frustrating as your constantly having a battle with old legacy systems. The culture has changed over time and there are too many selfish people in the company,
