Pros

Posh sounding name. Sounds good when u say you work for Experian.

Cons

Bullying is quite bad. Low morale. High turnover. Staff don't communicate well with other departments. Antiquated systems in place. Stuck together using gaffer tape.

Pros

Global Organisation with opportunity to side step and increase your knowledge. Competitive salaries and benefits IF you're newly joining.

Cons

If you are a long-term employee, it's virtually impossible to progress beyond a certain level, unless you know the right people. I can only speak for my business area, but very clique and quite toxic. Other areas are brilliant, so pick your area carefully.

Experian are a 'redundancy' company

Pros

Work/life balance, relatively interesting work.

Cons

No job security. They acquire companies, keep the employees for under 3 years, then make them redundant. It happened to others and me while I was there.
