Stable Place to Work

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

A place with a very calm and apolitical work structure. They really believe in having you grow in ways that would significantly impact your ability to advance within the company. Everyone always believes in the coachable way of working with each other.

Cons

They do have the occasional layoffs. Sometimes there are no places for you to advance within the company. You have to pivot within or discuss next steps with growth within your abilities to ensure that you can continue your own career growth.

Cons

The company is not proper central systems and no proper policies. You don't what to do as part of employee. Many of the managers is EITS GCSS ERP team are old guys sitting since 15 years and they come from tally back ground. They does not know current trends and employee satisfaction. They always play politics led you from Nottingham. They won't adapt new peoples throws bad name on your. Always they will make you fear by using PIP many times every month

Going downhill

Business Outlook

Pros

Most teams do allow flexible working, and there used to be some nice events.

Cons

So much wrong with the company… - Clear favouritism and different treatment across the board, you have to me the management favourite. - Sudden redundancies due to poor company management that they not only try to hide, but actively lie about which caused a lot of issues. - Lack of transparency from management. - Very male dominated and women get treated differently and often overlooked. - Overall many people are unapproachable, cold and unhelpful. - Lack of compassion by senior management when it comes to sickness, personal issues, redundancies etc.
