Pros

When I moved to Experian a was looking for work life balance, I wanted to continue to grow in my career, manage challenges but also I did not want to miss anything in my child's life, I work from home, I can take my child to school and be present and at the same time I can contribute to my organization and be a successful professional.

Cons

As we are fully remote sometimes is hard to connect with your team and co-workers Since I joined experian every year they have waves to let go people, it normally happens during March so when this month comes, it comes with a lot of anxiety for the employees.
