      Before it used to be good organisation not now

      managemnt is just delivering fake promises even last meeting with management , lot of promises were made yes that meeting majoirty dint feel well as it started as usual blaming ex-manager and all blame was put on it , i was shocked he has left almost a year ago. how can he managing the glassdoor reviews till now , do you think employees have no brains and childrens ? and will come up issues just for sake of it if as management said glassdoor reviews are fake, then why did u take meeting at first place no one from technology likes how HR spoke and it was threatening

      No Growth and Value they provide to Technology Staff

      Only Bonus. Company is good for Sales people

      Cons

      They value only for Sales people and give less importance to technology people. Sales team also dont have manners to speak with technical people, they only rushed when they are need some data or urgent work. Sales team show power of there role to others and they feel that they are only achiever in Experian. HR does lot of politics as they only provide openings for Sales and put conditions on IT team. No growth in learning. Experian is only good for Sales people.

      There’s a lot to learn about the organisation, a very nice office, and a great sector to work in.

      Cons

      No room for growth at all. There’s a sense of care for employees but it’s obvious to me now that this is nothing more than just an act. I was so very disappointed and upset when I started looking for a new role elsewhere. I had high hopes at Experian, but working with them for a few years now, I see that there are no opportunities to move up the ladder. No matter how much they promise it to you. Maybe it was just the part of the organisation that I worked in, but I didn’t feel valued at all, regardless of the late nights that I would spend working away to try and impress management. Despite the dwindling capacity within the team, there is no effort made to make people feel like they want to stay.
