I recently had the unfortunate experience of working for Experian India where the pentest team managers exhibited a severe lack of leadership skills and a troubling preference for favoritism within the teams. Some team members receiving preferential treatment, while others were consistently left out in the cold. Team managers created a toxic work environment where team members constantly felt undervalued and overlooked. I would strongly advise anyone considering a position at this company to proceed with caution. The lack of effective leadership and the prevalence of favoritism are serious concerns that can have a lasting negative impact on your career and well-being.

As expected with a big organization, sometimes it's hard to figure out who to contact for certain things but someone is always able to point you in the right direction.
