Pros

Struggling to think of any!

Cons

Terrible CTO for ECS (Experian Consumer Services). Utterly destroyed the work culture, as well as being responsible for mass offshoring which has led to questionable results. Hard to believe ECS *used to be* a BU which people were proud to be part of.

One downside of working at Experian is that it is mandatory to go to the office two days a week.
