Pros

If you get your foot in the door, the experience can be good. Some people who work there are awesome at training.

Cons

you are on a waiting list if you don't get hired immediately. The clients treat associates terribly, belittling them and expecting miracles from them. They take advantage of them from the need they have. Serious micromanaging. It can depend on the franchise owner and many only care about the sales.

Pros

Pretty slow from around 12-5. After people are done calling and you have no interviews left, pretty much work at your own pace for the rest of the day.

Cons

Owner cared ONLY about money. Very unstable work environment. Unethical, break HR and EEOC laws on an everyday basis. Low class people that try to apply. A lot have felony backgrounds. Tried to complain to corporate about how she operated and they would take the complaint but pretty much said as long as she pays her franchise fee, they won't intercede. Needs to be reported to higher authority.
