      Great relationship-based sales process, outstanding training and good corporate support

      Cons

      Sales are not entirely dependent on the salesperson. Sales can fall through if operations drops the ball. Very reliant on teammates. Requires great people skills on all fronts.

      Nice office setting and meeting new people everyday.

      Cons

      Low pay.. Little to no training for new employee's. Not organized at all. Blames employees for all the companies short comings. Uses temps for their own personal gain. Has very few if any potential permanent positions for temp associates.
