      Pros

      I love the culture of teamwork and excellence at Extra Space. I love the work/life balance. I'm also impressed by the steady growth and resilience of the company even through tough economic times. People tend to stay here a lot longer than they anticipated once they get to know the people and the types of challenges we get to solve, whether in technology or other aspects of the business.

      Cons

      Our fast growth over recent years has led to some growing pains as we learn to communicate across larger teams and departments. We're learning how to navigate more complexity. But we're trending in the right direction.
